Support Services
Aspect support is available in four ways:
- (1) Phone, Email, and Upgrades
- Annual Aspect Software Phone, Email Support and Software Upgrades is available at $495.00. When you purchase Aspect initially, the first year of e-mail support, remote TCP/IP, and upgrades are included.
- (2) Remote Support
- Remote support is provided by GoToAssist or Logmein123.com and is included with Annual Phone Support. We also can use clients own communication tools, such as VNC or PCAnywhere.
- (3) Manual
- The Aspect manual is provided free of charge online HERE or in the program itself under Help/Users Guide or by clicking on the ? mark in the toolbar.
Support for local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), file transfer protocol
(FTP), web sites, Microsoft applications, and Microsoft product suites are not included.
