To keep things simple, only copies of Aspect that import from a POS system require a paid license now. Additional workstations at the store and home office do not. Your company name. If you are part of a franchise group or corporation, enter that name."> To use the new features in Aspect Back-Office, including polling, every store in your company must have the same company ID. This lets you work with information from all the stores in your company, not just one.

If you don't have a company ID, leave this field blank and one will be created. Once you create a company ID, you'll need to email it to others in your company so they can enter it as well."> If you use Aspect to send data to a home office, your data is encrypted with a password. Data is unencrypted at the home office using the same password so make sure every store in your company and the home office all have the same password. Once you enter this password at all locations, you'll not need to use it again unless you set up a new store. If you forget your password, just enter a new one at all locations."> The location you select determines whether Aspect sends data or receives it when you enable the polling. Polling will not work unless you select the correct location. If this is an additional workstation at the store, indicate that the computer is at a store."> Enable this checkbox if this copy of Aspect imports data from your POS system.
