The jnlp files for the Aspect Support package have been modified
from the defaults to specify locations for the alternate splash
screen and images.

The reason is that the directory containing the Aspect Support 
jnlp file was password protected to limit access to the program.
The password interfered with loading the splash screen.

The files for the splash screen have been moved to another directory 
that is not password protected and the jnlp file has been modified
to reflect this.
